In January, while bringing in the mail I did this on my left ankle. Recovery has been a long slow, non exercise process.
I was finally able to stop wearing the brace at the end of February. The plan was to "get back on plan" following the Central Coast go-live (back on plan meant Ash Wednesday: how cute).
Exercise started. On plan eating started and the accountability bands (Kim has been trying to sell their merits for 10 months) were purchased.
Saturday morning while the UP bands were charging I went to the park to work out with CEM. And the right knee tweek (that darn "that ain't right pop" that occurs when you are over 40 doing sprints with the 11 year old).
