One of my favorite sayings is "you plan, God laughs". I have to continually remind myself that when this happens if I exhibit patience then His plan is usually better than mine.
This morning this was absolutely the case. Due to inclement (cloudy, rainy weather) our planned (10 min) helicopter ride over the Falls could not occur.
So instead we took the American Falls (4 hour) tour. We were able to see the lower Gorge, Goat Island, Cave of the Winds, Hurricane Falls (up close and personal in our yellow rain coats), Horseshoe Falls (some incredible pics on Tarzan's big camera), Maid of the Mist boat tour up to the Bridal Falls (in our blue rain coats not pictured here since they are on my waterproof camera) and finishing up on the Observation Deck with all the Falls behind us.
Amazing!
