Open Letter to AJ's

I went into your store 1 week ago trying to purchase cookies for a baby shower. I walked in at 515 pm and was told I couldnt order baby girl themed sugar cookies from the girl at the counter but would have to call the bakery manager.
.
The next day I at 9:10 am I called and the manager was on break, I called at 10:18 am and the manager was busy, I called at 2:30 pm and was put on hold for 11 minutes before I hung up.
You lost my business and I am hopeful that at least one person will google this and decide to not use your bakery since I kindly called the following day to let the store manager know and was put on hold with no pick up for 4 minutes.

It's a shame.
