For those of you that don't know: Melody and I have had this goal for years to open a restaurant called Desert Divas. Deserts are the Main Course and maybe we'll serve salads. We have been making all kinds of deserts (cupcakes will be next week).Our first attempt at a cake covered in fondant. We rolled the fondant and tried as many shapes as we could. Brittney did the circles, Melody did the rose and Maddie did the mint.
The tasting will occur in 8 hours (only because we ate to much frosting while creating)

Oh wow - my waist line would be greatly enlarged if I made all or tested all your deserts. Sweets are my weakness. I often eat desert first because life is short and you just never know...Auntie Em

When I'm going through unhappy phases at work, I dream about opening a restaurant. I've even finally come up with the name... not that I've been dreaming about it lately or anything ;)

WOW this is awesome! I think you should go ahead with your plans of opening the bakery! I also think you need to send me a piece of that cake today, and the cupcakes when you make them.

Ya know, you could overnight me a piece of that cake to test for you and give a truly objective opinion. I'm sure if you ziplocked it, it would be just fine. Looks totally cute!

hmmmmmmmmmmmmm and who put the wad of bubble gum in the center of the white circle???? Keep trying, looks pretty good, except for the gum. :)
