Do you think her name really is Loyce?Other options: she is dyslexic and thinks the the L is a J, her manager created a log in for her before she started and has been too busy to fix it, she doesnt work with people who care about her and push the issue for the name to be spelled correctly, she is in a witness protection program and they were all out of common names
