So, I was born on a Tuesday

Long boring meetings result in mind wondering. Today's mind wondering is brought to you courtesy of the cool new calendar that Diane bought for me. It has calendars from the years 1800-2050 with an index to easily locate the year you need. I needed to look at my availability for a meeting and then the flood gates of wondering let loose.

I am really sad for all of those kids that don't get adopted (ok so the mind took a couple steps to get there. When I was a kid there was a special on Wednesdays Child on kids that needed a foster home).

Mondays child is fair of face,
Tuesdays child is full of grace,
Wednesdays child is full of woe,
Thursdays child has far to go,
Fridays child is loving and giving,
Saturdays child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.

I looked up all our family birthdates at calendarhome.com
Tue/Alex & Craig, Wed/Emily & Paula, Thur/Jesse & Mollie Fr/Garrett Sat/Gary. Easy when you have a sm family! Fun to see if birth dates have any thing in common. Nothing stands out!!! love you auntie Em

QB: Google the year you were born with the word 'calendar' after it. You'll find it.

I was born on a Saturday!

Thanks, Ann. I was born on a Saturday, which sounds familiar. Does this mean I am a man... "Saturdays child works hard for HIS living"

No QB...it just means you will work hard for the rest of your life without a break. We're in the same hard-working boat, my friend. :o)
