While I'm vacationing - Something you may not have known (Day 1)

I collect giraffes.

At the heighth of my collection I had over 300. When I moved from Arizona from Utah I lost several of them (skinny legs and necks do not travel well). My collection has grown over the years when my friends at Maricopa found out and my office starting filling with them.

I love the tall lean look of this animal (and talk about a cool tongue). My giraffes now have a great home in my china cabinet and library.

    I knew this :) And I took it as a great sign that on the bookshelf behind the air mattress I slept on while at Margo's in Phoenix, there was a giraffe statue :)

    Giraffes are cool. Where is this picture taken?

    No giraffes at the beach though. I don't think they can swim.

    I saw this picture and said to myself... Laura likes giraffes, did I know that? I feel like I did, but who knows.
