Dell IT Blue (oh yeah and racing cars)

Take aways from the 2 Day Leadership Retreat:
-If one fails, we all fail (buckle up Steve)
-Diversity in the workplace is good (and I love yellow)
-Look out 2010!

Personal takeaways:
-I am lucky to work with these cool guys
-Wearing someone elses helmet is like wearing someone elses underwear
