Here's what you are missing if you are not in Phoenix for the PSC All Hands Call. Diane in the front row, running to computers. Kevin close by in case something fails (not even daring to move because he may get called on at an awkward moment). And me on Jolt as I try to shove a 1.5 hour meeting into 1 hour.
