If I may... the one the left is called tadzeki it’s basically a yogurt, cucumber and parsley sometimes you add garlic it really goes well with grape leaves and falafel mmmmmmmmm. :-)
The second pick is a falafel pita with tadzeki and an American twist (carrots and tomatos) it was really good. You know it’s good when you ask for seconds. You know we had a commercial back home that said my tadzeki had a first name…. well you know the rest!
WHOAH, Jenny Craig never looked better.........sorry, I am all about presentation....this did not really present well, but then, good for you for being adventurous...feeling better?
The pic on the left doesn't look too appetizing, but the one on the right does. 2 thumbs up for trying!!

Well, Jane, being Greek, my mother has made both of those, but her tadzeki looked a little different. I hope it was good. :)
