First, I want their realtor because I NEED my house to sell!
Why is this lady doing the yardwork and why in a bikini?
I would encourage John to fertilize and water both the neighbor's and your yard...that way he can have an excuse to be outside and you will have a beautiful lawn!

I seriously don't get it.
This is so different then a 13 old boy mowing the lawn with his shirt off because "So you wanna raise a boy" tells you to.
