Christmas in July

At Christmas time I was at Shannon's and she had this cool dancing Santa given to her my her dad.  The group was entertained and we danced to the music and moved our hips to match the sway of his.

A couple of weeks ago I was joking with her that I wanted her to will me the Santa. 

Today (while dressed with what I thought was very summery) she brought out the Santa (who I was dressed in twin like manner too) and surprised me with the Santa early.

So Cal Surprise

My mom told me right before we left for San Clemente that Megan and the kids were in So Cal.  I promptly texted Megan to see if we could meet up.

What I didnt know is that their hotel was right across the street from ours.  And their beach set up was less than 100 feet from ours.

Great surprise!!!

In April Lenore and I attended the CEO forum at work, afterwards we were both impressed most with the chairman of out board, Coretha.

What a brilliant, classy woman!

And she wore her watch AND a bracelet on her left hand. Now I know this sounds simple.  But who knew?  We both were enamoured and have had improved our sense of style!!
