Hotel Fig

In an attempt to really experience downtown LA I booked us at Hotel Figueroa (also known to locals as Hotel Fig)

Cute boutique hotel bought from a family estate for $65 mil in July and being restored to its original "Moroccan grandeur"

Overall review : great atmosphere, awesome location, parking sucked, pool while shaped like a coffin was a great evening hang out spot, wasn't haunted but could have been, beds surprisedly confortable, curtains terrible (insert bright light, wake up before your alarm here) and loved carrying a real key.
