Now this..... This deserves a comment. No guilt trip needed. We call that in the migraine/ allergy world a "concoction". And I am very sorry.
I started taking generic Zer tek for allerigies, not sure how much it is working since I am also taking antibotics for sinus.
I figured if I waited long enough you would feel better
