At a young age I taught myself to braid on my poor Barbie doll.  She sat there patiently while I pulled and tugged.

Long before I had children I taught myself to french braid.  Pulling and tugging on my sister's hair (where they didnt sit so patiently)

I discovered this week, I am not a good teacher.

Dell received a top award for doing and exemplary job of advancing women and helping employees balance work and family.
